Be listed in the MLS. Most homes you find on Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com, and in new home communities are listed in the MLS.
Meet minimum WREO commissions of $1,500.
Rebates are handled at closing. They must be approved by your mortgage lender, be within your loan’s concession limits, and show on your closing documents.
Loan pre-approval. I certainly don’t want to waste your time, but I also don’t want to waste my time. Getting this step out of the way makes buying a home less stressful. I can help with this.
